We are seeking a Software QA Engineer with strong programming and automation skills to deeply integrate into our core development and design robust test frameworks for high-concurrency, high-traffic game projects. In this role, you will write automated scripts for frontend and server-side logic, ensuring exceptional system performance and flawless game quality.

【Responsibility 工作職責】

• 制定測試策略、計畫與驗收標準
• 分析功能需求，並設計、開發與維護可擴充的自動化測試框架(Automation Framework)
• 撰寫並執行包含 70% 自動化與30% 手動(含探索測試) 的測試計畫
• 運用 Python、JavaScript 或 Java 等程式語言撰寫測試腳本，實現整合、回歸、系統與 API 測試的自動化
• 進行後端服務驗證、資料庫資料校對，並針對高流量系統進行壓力測試、效能基準測試
• 追蹤並排除內部或伺服器端(Server-side)邏輯問題，具備閱讀原始碼(Code Review)與定位 Bug 的能力
• 將自動化測試整合至 CI/CD 流水線(如 Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)，實現持續整合測試
• 維護與管理測試環境，編撰自動化測試流程文件

• Formulate test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze feature requirements to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Author and execute comprehensive test plans composed of 70% automated and 30% manual/exploratory testing.
• Write clean test scripts using programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) to automate integration, regression, system, and API testing.
• Conduct backend service validation, database data verification, and performance benchmark/stress testing for high-traffic systems.
• Track and troubleshoot internal or server-side logical issues, with the ability to perform code reviews and isolate root causes of bugs.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to achieve continuous integration testing.
• Maintain and manage testing environments, and document automation testing workflows and processes.

【Job Requirements 職位需求】

• 3 年以上軟體 QA 經驗，且具 2 年以上實際編寫自動化測試腳本與開發測試工具經驗
• 熟悉至少一種程式或腳本語言(如 Python, Node.js, Java)
• 熟悉使用自動化測試框架與工具(如 Selenium, Postman 撰寫 Script 等)。
• 熟悉後端 API 測試與資料庫基本操作與查詢
• 具性能/壓力測試實務經驗者佳
• 具備良好的邏輯思維、除錯(Debugging)能力與跨團隊溝通技巧

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in writing automation scripts and developing test tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, or scripting within Postman).
• Solid understanding of backend API testing and basic database operations and querying.
• Practical experience with performance and load/stress testing is highly preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, excellent debugging skills, and effective cross-functional communication capabilities.
