SQA (Software Quality Assurance) is tasked with creating test plans and test cases, executing tests, reporting bugs, producing detailed test reports, and and find out issues to avoid bad user experience.

• Generate detailed test plans and test cases for software features.
• Evaluate products with integrated firmware to identify deficiencies.
• Investigate product quality to identify areas for improvement, aiming to get batter user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team, including coworkers from Asia and worldwide, to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing event.
• Work with the testing team to create an automated testing tool, aiming to reduce the effort required for product testing.
