軟體測試架構師 / Software Testing Architect_資訊處(內湖)

We are seeking a Test Architect to ensure project architectures meet non-functional requirements (NFRs) — performance, scalability, reliability, and security — beyond functional correctness. As NFR risks surface late and cost more to fix, this role drives shift-left testing: design-stage risk assessment, testing standards, and test strategy design. SRE/QA background preferred.

《Key Responsibilities》
■ Assess and report NFR risks at the design stage; set testable targets (SLOs, error budgets, RTO).
■ Set organization-wide NFR testing standards and checklists. - Design NFR test plans — load, stress, soak, chaos, backup/recovery, security — with production-like environments.
■ Review designs; go/no-go quality gate. - Build the NFR toolchain (k6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust) in CI/CD; use observability for RCA/metrics.
■ Coach engineers; lead reviews.

《Qualification》
■ 5+ years in software testing, quality engineering, or test architecture; personally designed test strategies and frameworks.
■ Solid grasp of distributed, cloud-native systems (microservices, APIs, queues, databases, Kubernetes); reviews designs for NFR risks.
■ Hands-on performance/load testing with bottleneck/capacity analysis (JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust).
■ SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, observability (Prometheus/Grafana or APM), chaos testing, RCA.
■ CI/CD and test automation; at least one language (Python, Java, Go, Shell).
■ Strong cross-functional communication; clear standards and reports.
■ Professional English proficiency.

■ Production SRE/DevOps background; functional testing and automation; security testing (OWASP); certifications (ISTQB, CKA, cloud).
