軟體產品經理 Software Product Manager【明基BenQ大型顯示產品事業部】

BenQ's Large Display Business (LDB) delivers large-format display solutions across industries — including interactive flat panels, commercial displays, and education displays — serving education and enterprise customers worldwide. Our software portfolio includes teaching tools, cloud-based device management, and campus communication platforms that help customers reduce IT workload and improve collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software product timelines, coordinating across R&D, UI/UX, sales, TM, and QA
• Gather requirements from regional frontline teams and translate them into clear development specs
• Run regular product meetings, track issues, and drive decisions to closure
• Improve software development processes and project management practices
• Report product progress to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience with software development lifecycles and project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
• Good English communication and presentation skills
• 2+ years of software product management experience

隨著產品線持續擴張與智慧化升級，我們正在尋找具備軟體專案管理經驗的夥伴加入團隊，與我們一起打造下一代智慧顯示產品！

[工作內容]

• 負責軟體產品的整體規劃、時程管理與跨部門溝通協調（研發技術工程師、UI/UX設計師、測試品管人員、業務經理、行銷人員等）
• 定期與全球各區前線溝通，瞭解市場需求，將需求轉化為開發規範，並確保需求與交付一致
• 定期召開產品會議，追蹤 issue 清單，推動問題排除與決策落地
• 協助制定軟體開發流程規範，持續優化專案管理效率
• 產出產品規劃報告，向主管與相關利害關係人簡報

[需求人才]

• 熟悉軟體開發生命週期與專案管理方法（Waterfall / Agile / Scrum 皆可）
• 具備良好的邏輯思考、問題分析與跨部門協調能力
• 具備良好的英文溝通與報告能力
• 至少2年的軟體產品管理經驗
