1. Design, develop, and maintain software platform
2. Deliver customized software: requirements, architecture, implementation, validation
3. Build GUI tools for operators and engineers
4. Develop control and communication modules between software and hardware
5. Extend, optimize, and refactor existing systems
6. Write technical documentation and user manuals
7. Provide on-site support and integration at customer facilities as needed
