御諾資訊是一家專注於半導體設備數據治理、人工智慧解決方案的軟體產品公司。
我們正在招募【軟體專案管理師 Software Project Manager】，在產品開發團隊中扮演關鍵角色，能夠有效規劃並執行開發計畫，確保從需求釐清、規格定義到最終產品交付的整體流程順利推進。
作為御諾的軟體專案管理師，您將與產品負責人 (PO)、設計師與開發團隊緊密合作，參與系統解決方案在半導體製造的應用，並共同完成最新人工智慧技術的產品。除此之外，您會負責建立團隊目標與時程表，協調資源、管控風險，確保產品及功能品質，並在組織內推動產品發展的最佳實踐。

【工作職責 / Responsibilities】
-擬定任務目標：彙整需求、訂定使用者場景和功能目標，並制定功能的規格交付UI/UX設計師與開發團隊，並確認結果是否符合目標。
-任務規劃與排程：與相關團隊協作，制定任務目標、時程和分配資源，並定期檢核任務進度，確保目標可以如期達成。
-跨部門溝通與協調：與需求來源保持溝通，確保開發者與需求來源對功能需求的理解一致。
-風險管理與問題解決：提前評估並掌握任務風險，及時提出解決方案並驅動問題改善。
-持續改善計畫：維護開發流程品質，推動流程與工具的持續改善計畫，提升執行效率。
-任務文件與報告：定期整理並呈報任務狀態，包含成果、風險與未來計畫。
-促成團隊共同目標：配合部門運作、依循指示，協助達成部門目標。
-積極學習：持續學習領域知識，追蹤最新的專案管理方法與軟體開發技術，主動與團隊分享以提升整體效率與成果。
-培育與支援團隊：協助團隊成員成長，提供適時的指導與建議，貫徹公司的文化與價值觀。

【要求條件 / Required Skills and Qualifications】
-熟悉專案管理流程與方法（如Agile/Scrum）。
-熟悉軟體開發與相關概念，能同理技術團隊的需求與挑戰。
-優秀的人際構通能力，包含能有效在開發團隊與商業團隊間溝通、在多部門環境下推動專案進行。
-能快速且有效率地展示或視覺化討論議題，讓其他人能快速了解。
-細心負責，對文件管理與進度追蹤有良好的習慣與邏輯。
-能使用中英文進行溝通，包含會議主持與文件撰寫。

【Job Brief】
Eunodata is a software product company focusing on semiconductor equipment data governance and AI solutions.
We are seeking a Software Project Manager to play a key role in our product development team. You will effectively plan and execute development initiatives, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process from requirement clarification and specification definition to final delivery.

As a Software PM at Eunodata, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), designers, and developers to implement system solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and build cutting-edge AI products. Furthermore, you will establish team goals and timelines, coordinate resources, manage risks, ensure product quality, and drive best practices in product development across the organization.

【Responsibilities】
-Define Objectives: Consolidate requirements, define user scenarios and goals, and deliver precise feature specifications to UI/UX designers and developers, ensuring outcomes meet expectations.
-Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals, timelines, and resource allocations. Track progress to ensure timely delivery.
-Cross-department Coordination: Maintain continuous alignment between stakeholders and developers regarding feature requirements.
-Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Proactively assess and grasp task-related risks, propose timely solutions, and drive problem-solving efforts.
-Continuous Improvement: Maintain process quality and advocate for better workflows and tools to boost execution efficiency.
-Task Documentation and Reporting: Regularly compile and report task statuses, including achievements, risks, and future plans.
-Facilitate Shared Team Goals: Cooperate with departmental operations, follow directives, and assist in achieving departmental objectives.
-Active Learning: Continuously acquire domain knowledge, stay updated on the latest project management methodologies and software development technologies, and proactively share insights with the team to boost overall efficiency and results.
-Team Development and Support: Assist in the growth of team members, provide timely guidance and feedback, and uphold the company's culture and values.

【Required Skills and Qualifications】
-Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
-Solid understanding of software development concepts with empathy for the technical team's needs and challenges.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively bridge development and business teams, driving projects forward in a multi-department environment.
-Ability to efficiently visualize and present discussion topics for quick comprehension by others.
-Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong logical habits for documentation management and progress tracking.
-Proficiency in both Chinese and English for communication, including hosting meetings and drafting documentation.

【加分項目 / Preferred Skills and Qualifications】
-具有兩年以上軟體專案管理經驗。
-PMP、CSM或相關專案管理認證。
-具備AI或機器學習專案管理經驗。
-具有管理大型商用軟體開發的實務經驗。
-具有兩年以上的軟體開發經驗。
-熟悉半導體業的領域知識。
-優秀的問題解決與決策能力，能快速應對專案變數。

-2+ years of software project management experience.
-Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, or related).
-Experience managing AI or machine learning projects.
-Hands-on experience in overseeing large-scale commercial software development.
-2+ years of software development experience.
-Familiarity with semiconductor industry domain knowledge.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of swiftly handling project uncertainties.
