Job Description: Ruby Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Ruby Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby development and be able to work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Ruby development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with Ruby on Rails framework
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
