We are seeking a high-performing RV Sales Consultant to join our Bedford team. This is not a 9–5 retail position, this is a six-figure income opportunity for driven, competitive individuals who know how to build relationships, follow up relentlessly, and close high-ticket deals.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Managing and converting inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and repeat customers
• Building long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Presenting and selling high-ticket RVs with confidence and professionalism
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven track record in commission-based sales
• Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-up

Preferred (but not required):

• Automotive, RV, powersports, or other high-ticket sales experience
• CRM experience

RV experience is not required, sales performance is.
