RV Sales Consultant

Fraserway RV is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Bedford team.

If you know how to build relationships, uncover what customers really want, follow up consistently, and close the deal, you already have many of the skills we need.

You don't need RV sales experience. If you have a genuine passion for camping, travel, the outdoors, or the RV lifestyle, even better, because our customers aren't simply buying a vehicle, they're buying the experiences, freedom, and memories that come with it.

What You'll Do
As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

You'll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Respond to inbound leads, walk-in customers, referrals, and repeat business
• Ask the right questions and recommend the RV that best fits the customer
• Present and demonstrate RVs with confidence and professionalism
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, features, and the RV lifestyle
• Work closely with Finance, Parts, Service, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• A proven track record of sales success
• Experience managing a sales process from prospecting through closing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• The ability to ask good questions and uncover customer needs
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Confidence presenting and selling high-value products
• A results-oriented approach and the discipline to achieve sales targets
• Comfort working in a commission-based environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

RV Experience Is an Asset Not a Requirement
