S&C Corporate Solutions Product Manager
- Managing the project lifecycle delivery of Sustainability & Climate Corporate Solutions for the Corporates client segment
- Serving as the dedicated client liaison during each project engagement
- Supporting clients through the process, receiving data disclosures, answering questions, and delivering the final product
- Working closely alongside MSCI’s ESG Research Data and Analyst teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Chat GPT to streamline and automate tasks
- Taking an AI-first approach to product development and innovation
- Ensuring projects are on schedule and quality objectives are met using metrics and controls
- Taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary
- Proactively improving the lifecycle process
- Overseeing all client-facing collateral
- Providing internal training and support
- Working closely with the Client Coverage organization to ensure successful client support
- Joining calls with prospective clients to provide information about the solution
- Supporting product enhancements by developing new content and product features
- Coordinating across functional teams to present findings and implement new solutions
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience
- High organizational skills to lead several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working successfully in client-facing roles
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, innovative team across different locations
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Great initiative and motivation in workload approach and learning new interpersonal and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in Sustainability & Climate research
- Strong oral and written command of English
- A degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Working experience in consultancy firms in strategic business analysis and development
- Proficiency in other European-based languages
- CFA / FRM
- Salary range: 19,950,000 Ft - 21,945,000 Ft per year plus eligibility for annual bonus
