S-E-SE Customer Quality Management

• Is responsible for coordinating tasks to ensure customer satisfaction with quality-relevant issues.
• Controls the deployment of LEONI and customer quality strategies and drives quality-related actions.
• Leads regular internal and external follow-up meetings and conducts regular customer and plant visits.
• Ensures that actions comply with Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
• Manages the customer interface for all quality-related matters.
• Takes actions in close consultation with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follows up on rework activities for customers (customer responsibility).
• Provides support during pre-production and production phases.
• Supports internal and customer audits.
• Provides support for quality improvements.
• Is responsible for determining and negotiating LEONI's liability in the event of quality complaints (0-km, warranty).
• Supports the determination and negotiation of LEONI's liability in the event of technical complaints (0-km, warranty).
• Supports the evaluation and negotiation of project-specific requirements with customers.
• Supports the evaluation of first-tier quality contracts with customers and first-tier suppliers.

• Education Level: University Degree in technical field
• Experience: Min 1 years in Operation Quality/ Quality Customer Interface/ Quality Project.
