- Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company
- Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes
- Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media
- Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents
- Supports the selection process for filling key positions
- Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT
- Supports key users for the applicant management system
- Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices
- Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes
- Steers global programs and projects

• Level of Education: University Degree
• Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Psychologist.
• Experience : 1 year is appreciated
• Language : French & English
