🌍 Your Key Responsibilities

Act as Global Escalation Point
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex contracting issues, supporting Contract Specialists globally.

Lead Complex Contract Review & Negotiation
Provide hands-on leadership for non-standard and high-complexity contracts across procurement and business areas.

Drive Contracting Operational Excellence
Ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely execution of the global Contract Management process.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.

Own Contracting Frameworks & Governance
Design, implement, and continuously improve global templates, policies, and contracting standards.

Champion Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Identify gaps, lead transformation initiatives, and enhance tools, processes, and user experience.

Lead Performance, Training & Change Management
Monitor KPIs, drive root cause analysis, deliver training programs, and lead global communication and change initiatives.

✅ About You – Key Requirements

Legal Degree (Essential)
Strong foundation in contract law with the ability to provide legal guidance and interpretation.

Procurement Contracting Expertise (Critical)
Proven experience in procurement contracting, including negotiation and management of global and regional agreements.

Extensive Contract Management Experience
8–10 years in contract management or legal counsel roles covering a wide range of contract types and complexities.

Framework & Process Development
Demonstrated success in building and optimizing contract templates, guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Strong Stakeholder & Influencing Skills
Ability to effectively engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Analytical & Negotiation Strength
Skilled in solving complex contractual challenges and leading negotiations with strategic insight.

Digital & Continuous Improvement Mindset
Experience with contract management tools, process improvement, training delivery, and change management.
