SaaS Demo Booking SDR – US, UK & EU Markets (Remote, Spain)

Open 35d
Your job is to book demos. That's the primary objective - and you'll be great at it. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Spain to own outbound prospecting and demo booking across three markets: the US, the UK, and the EU. You'll be the first point of contact for business owners and decision-makers who haven't heard of us yet, and your job is to change that - one well-qualified, well-prepped demo at a time. This isn't a "spray and hope" role. It's a thinking role. Our prospects run print businesses - shops, franchise networks, and production operations - and each one has a different setup, a different bottleneck, and a different reason they haven't modernised yet. You'll need to read those situations quickly, qualify accurately, and book meetings that our demo team can actually close. What you'll do day to day: -Book qualified demos with print business owners, operations leaders, and decision-makers across the US, UK, and EU -Run outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn - building and working targeted sequences for each market -Log everything: every call, every conversation, every key detail about the prospect goes into the CRM before the demo happens. The demo team relies on your notes to walk in prepared - this is not optional -Qualify prospects against clear criteria and pass only the right opportunities forward -Coordinate handoffs with the internal demo team, briefing them on the prospect's context, pain points, and expectations -Track your own pipeline metrics and flag what's working and what isn't - before anyone has to ask What we need from you: -Native or near-native English (C2). You'll be calling print shop owners in Texas, operations managers in Manchester, and production leads across Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Your English needs to land naturally in all of them -2-4 years of SaaS SDR or BDR experience. Vertical is less important than knowing the rhythm: prospect, qualify, brief, hand off, nurture -Based in Spain, with availability to cover a split schedule - EU and UK markets in the morning (CET), US markets in the afternoon and early evening. This is the real shape of the role, and we're upfront about it -Strong CRM discipline. You don't just make calls - you document them. Clean, complete records are how you support the team and demonstrate your own impact -Pattern recognition over script-following. Every prospect is different. You need to hear what they're actually saying and adapt, not just run the next step in the sequence -Self-management. You'll be working remotely, across time zones, with real accountability for your numbers. If something isn't working, you see it first and fix it Plus, if you have it: -Additional working languages - German, French, Italian, Dutch, or others. We sell across the EU and language access genuinely opens doors -Experience selling into operationally complex businesses: manufacturing, field service, signage, franchise networks, or ERP-adjacent SaaS -Familiarity with the print industry or similarly fragmented B2B verticals -A track record of consistently hitting quota across multiple quarters, not just one strong month
