Summary
Leads multiple SaaS implementation projects, coordinating teams and customers to deliver smooth rollouts on time while balancing expectations and mitigating risks.
Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading several software implementation projects at any one time. You'll coordinate resources, manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customers receive an exceptional implementation experience throughout the project lifecycle.
