SAC Consultant/Architect

Salary: $1100 - $1300 per day

We are seeking a Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant / Architect to join an organisation following a successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The implementation has been successful, however, the business is looking for an experienced SAC specialist to come in and stabilise the existing environment, resolve outstanding issues and build out the solution further.

This is an opportunity for someone senior enough to look at the solution holistically from an architecture and business perspective, while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing the hands-on work.

The Role

You will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand the current SAC environment, identify areas requiring improvement and deliver practical solutions.

• Reviewing and stabilising the existing SAP SAC environment following the S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving outstanding SAC issues and supporting the business with day-to-day queries.
• Reviewing the existing solution from an end-to-end architecture and design perspective and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Hands-on SAC development and configuration, rather than purely providing architectural advice.
• Supporting business case development through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling within SAC.
• Building and enhancing financial planning models, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow planning.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting requirements and translating Finance requirements into practical SAC solutions.
• Working with Finance and business stakeholders to develop and improve planning processes.
• Establishing a strong foundation within the existing environment before progressing with further development and enhancements.

About You

We are looking for a senior SAP SAC Consultant / Architect who can operate comfortably across both architecture and hands-on delivery.

• Strong hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud Planning experience.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments would be advantageous.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within SAC.
• Experience developing financial models covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience with scenario modelling and business case analysis.
• The ability to assess an existing SAC environment, identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work directly with Finance and business teams.
• An architectural mindset combined with the ability to personally configure, build and troubleshoot.
