- Coordinate System Demos and Inspect-and-Adapt workshops to ensure continuous improvement
- Report on cross-pod velocity and progress to stakeholders
- Escalate issues on behalf of Scrum Masters (Pod SM escalation) to resolve impediments
- Manage and track Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
- Operate as a governance agent for compliance and process adherence, especially beyond week 4 of the program
- Support execution facilitation and agile delivery across multiple pods/teams
- Apply Agile frameworks and best practices in project and service management
- Oversee project management activities to deliver objectives on time and within scope
