The Role

Reporting to the MLRO / Head of Compliance, you'll lead the ongoing development of our Safer Gambling framework through data, insight and continuous improvement.

Using player behaviour, operational data and industry trends, you'll identify opportunities to improve how we detect gambling harm, measure the effectiveness of our controls and interactions, and reduce unnecessary player friction.

Working across Compliance, Operations, BI and Technology, you'll turn insight into practical improvements that deliver better outcomes for both players and the business, maintaining a robust and scalable Safer Gambling framework.

The position is located at our headquarters in Europort, Gibraltar.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Intelligence

• Own the continuous improvement of our Safer Gambling framework.
• Analyse player behaviour and trends to identify new indicators of vulnerability or gambling harm.
• Review and optimise existing triggers, thresholds and interventions.
• Recommend new controls based on data and evidence.
• Define new requirements for implementation.

Data, Insight & Improvement

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our Safer Gambling controls and interactions
• Identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for automation.
• Work with BI and Technology to develop dashboards, reporting and smarter monitoring.
• Turn insight into practical improvements across the player journey.

Governance

• Support the wider Compliance framework through data-led reviews and continuous improvement.
• Review internal audit findings, regulatory updates and industry developments to strengthen existing controls.
• Work with Operations to ensure policy and processes remain practical, effective and proportionate.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve compliance processes.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems with data and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Essential

• Experience within Safer Gambling Compliance.
• Knowledge of the UK Gambling Commission's regulatory framework.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends and emerging risks.
• Experience using data to drive operational or strategic improvements.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• AML and Fraud Risk experience.
• Experience working with BI, Product or Technology teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools.
