SMG seeks a Safety Advisor – Construction for our Insights Team - in Central Indiana.

The key function of a Safety Advisor is to put safety at the forefront of their job, prioritize the client’s needs, work well in a team setting, be self-managed, and be flexible when it comes to change and travel. The Associate in this role will work in a construction environment.

This person will travel to different client sites throughout the state of Indiana.

Overview of Job Responsibilities

• Site safety observations, including documentation of findings
• Safety program review/development
• Visit Construction clients to perform site audits and assessments
• Provide training
• Administer Safety Partner Program to multiple clients
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures as required by law, the Owner, and contractors
• Provides incident management and support
• Documentation and Report preparation
