Serves as a Safety and Occupational Health Specialist/Manager in Contract Safety Group, Safety Center, Technical Directorate, and Defense Contact Management Agency (DCMA).

Serves as the Contract Safety, Risk Assessment Program Manager (RA PM) responsible for the execution, management, and oversight of the Contract Safety Risk Assessment Program, and Explosive Operation Inspections (EOIs).

Serves as a consultant on matters of ammunition and explosives safety.

Plans, develops, and implements an annual Contract Safety Risk Assessment Program to ensure compliance with DoW and contractual safety requirements to mitigate risk.

Evaluates conditions of current and future defense contractors, defense service providers, and producers of defense weapon systems, equipment, components, or spare parts.

Provides highest level of functional, technical, and professional Contract Safety support to various federal, state, local officials, and contractors, as well as internal support to the Contract Safety teams and supervisors.

Participates in meetings, conducts briefings, and coordinates amongst various levels of management within DCMA and other government agencies in regard to Contract Safety.
