SAFETY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and compliance programs across Dusit Guam properties. Ensures adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and international hotel safety standards. Leads risk assessments, workplace safety initiatives, emergency response planning, inspections, and compliance training. Works closely with department heads, HR, and leadership to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
