Safety Coordinator
Looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator across the client’s organization. In this role, you’ll be creating a safe, compliant, and proactive environment. You will implement safety programs, lead training sessions, and work closely with the Safety Manager and leadership to make safety a core part of our culture.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the implementation of clear, effective safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training programs for employees such as LOTO, Forklift Training, PPE, etc.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to keep our workplace safe.
- Assist in ensuring we meet all OSHA and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide actionable reports.
- Partner with safety committee for new ideas to promote a proactive, safety-first mindset.
- Keep and ensure that all records of training, audits, and accident investigations are input in our database.
- Detail Oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
- Duties are not limited to this description as other tasks arise on a daily basis.
What We’re Looking For
- Environmental, Health, and Safety certifications (is preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in EHS or a similar role.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- OSHA Forklift Trainer Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—you know how to influence, train and inspire.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into practical safety solutions.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Certifications of OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30 is required.
- OSHA 511 and 501 (Preferred)
- CPR / First Aid Certified

Pay: Up to XXXXXXX per year (TBD BY WORKFORCE UPPER MANAGEMENT)
