Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify workplace hazards and unsafe practices to prevent accidents and injuries
• Conduct workplace safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Apply risk assessment and implement risk control measures to reduce workplace risks
• Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings to communicate safety protocols and updates
• Assist in preparing accurate accident and incident reports for timely follow-up
• Monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) usage to ensure employee compliance
• Support emergency preparedness by participating in drills and readiness activities
• Maintain and organize workplace safety records and documentation for audit and review
