- Working Location: Farrer Park (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 6 Days, Monday – Saturday (8am – 7pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Project Allowances + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety legislation, internal policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Perform routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, conduct risk evaluations, and investigate safety incidents.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee safety and ISO-related documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance documents.
- Keep safety reports, performance data, and regulatory records accurate and up to date.
- Create safety presentations, reports, and training resources using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness initiatives.
- Provide support during ISO audits and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's safety management system.

- Relevant certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing and managing safety documentation.
- Familiar with ISO-based safety management systems and audit processes.
- Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
