Safety Coordinator/PE Aide (EQ4)
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during transitions and lunch and ensure that they are exhibiting behaviors consistent with Equitas values.
- Supervise students during physical education activities, ensuring safety and positive behavior at all times.
- Execute P.E. activities under the direction of the P.E. Teacher.
- Assist the P.E. teacher with the setup and cleanup of equipment and instructional materials for daily activities.
- Promote respectful interactions and good sportsmanship among students.
- Support with attendance, minor first aid, and documentation as directed by the teacher.
- Maintain high expectations for student behavior.
- Actively participate in professional development aimed at refining school culture.
- Support in the school office with administrative tasks.
- Support the beautification of the campus.
- Follow policies and procedures for health, safety, and nutrition.
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff, families, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise valet (student drop off/pick-up).
- Maintain a safe and structured parking and valet system.
- Assist families and guests with alternative parking solutions.
- Assist School Operations Manager and ELOP Manager with special projects.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the PE Teacher, Principal, School Operations Manager or ELOP Manager.

Minimum Requirements

- CPR Certification and First Aid Certificate required within 60 days of hire
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate within 3 months of employment
