Responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and updates to the workforce
• Perform safety checks and review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
• Prepare and submit detailed safety observation reports to track compliance and incidents
• Implement and monitor Fatigue Management practices to ensure worker well-being and reduce risks
• Participate actively in internal safety audits to evaluate and improve safety standards
• Maintain and update project documentation related to safety and regulatory compliance
• Provide flexible safety support across various project sites in Singapore

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Process or Construction sector
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
• Certified in Working at Height
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, hazard identification, and compliance standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication and reporting skills to effectively document and convey safety information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
