Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of Safety Engineer, who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!
Responsibilities:
Drive workplace safety across the factory, setting clear safety goals and working with different teams to achieve them.
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring safety responsibilities are clearly understood and followed throughout the organization.
Oversee fire safety, workplace security and confidentiality, helping maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Organize and follow up on workplace safety and occupational health inspections, identifying risks and ensuring that issues are addressed effectively.
Work closely with different departments to identify potential safety risks and implement practical improvements.
Support the safe introduction of new buildings, equipment and production changes, ensuring safety is considered from the planning stage.
Monitor safety measures and follow up on corrective actions to ensure that potential hazards are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory's overall safety standards and working environment.
Requirements:
Education: College degree or above;
Major: Safety-related field;
Work experience: more than 2 years of relevant work experience;
Knowledge and skills: Experience in consumer safety management is preferred; familiarity with Hungarian and European consumer safety regulations and relevant legislation is an advantage;
Active thinking, decisive action, strong communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork;
Language requirements: Fluency in English or Hungarian, which can be used as a working language.
