Main Responsibilities
- Lead the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, DHL HSE standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage environmental compliance and improvement initiatives, including waste management, hazardous materials, energy conservation, emissions, and other environmental requirements.
- Establish, monitor, and report HSE KPIs, dashboards, performance trends, risks, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
- Lead internal and external HSE audits, ensuring findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions are effectively tracked and completed on time.
- Oversee workplace, contractor, and third-party safety management, including risk assessments, permits, safe working practices, ergonomics, and occupational health initiatives.
- Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans, including regular drills, exercises, reviews, and follow-up improvement actions.
- Manage HSE incident and near-miss reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and communication of lessons learned across the organization.
- Provide HSE advice and review requirements for business decisions, projects, facility changes, new equipment, operational changes, and new processes before implementation.
- Drive HSE awareness, engagement, benchmarking, best-practice sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement to strengthen safety culture and reduce incidents, risks, and environmental impacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Several years of experience in Safety and Health with knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and risk management principles.
- Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and safety improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirements to work in Indonesia.
