About the Role

TESIM Electric is hiring a Safety Manager to build and run our safety program at the level hyperscale GCs demand. Data-center owners and their GCs have zero tolerance for safety failures — and you can't stay on the bid list without a documented, active safety culture. This is the seat that keeps us on those lists.

What You'll Own

  • The written safety program: policies, procedures, JHAs, SOPs, and training curricula.
  • Daily jobsite presence, walks, and toolbox-talk coaching with our foremen.
  • Compliance: OSHA, workers' comp, DOL, EMR management, incident investigation, and reporting.
  • Owner and GC safety qualification packages (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.).
  • Training programs: OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid, task-specific certifications.
  • Building safety metrics leadership can act on.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction safety, with electrical or mission-critical experience preferred.
  • OSHA 500 or 510 certified; CHST or CSP a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and arc-flash requirements.
  • Ability to coach and enforce safety with foremen and craft in the field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct data-center or mission-critical safety experience.
  • Experience running qualification packages for hyperscaler GCs.
  • Working relationships with owner-side EHS teams.

Compensation

$44–$71/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Vehicle/mileage. Paid holidays.
