Safety Manager
Main Responsibilities
Safety Leadership:
Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the organization, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all local environmental, health, and safety laws, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and ISO standards for safety and environmental management.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with hazardous waste operations, including storage, transportation, treatment, and disposal.
Respond promptly to safety incidents and workplace safety and health (WSH) accidents to ensure timely resolution, implement investigation recommendations and ensure closure.

Industry Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE/Safety Management, preferably in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, or other process-industry construction projects.
- Proven experience in managing HSE requirements for high-risk construction activities, including hazardous materials, excavation, lifting, confined spaces, work at height, and other process-industry hazards.
- Experience working within Oil & Gas / process-industry environments is highly preferred.
