• Experience in SAFETY for 3 years
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• The main responsibilities will include:

1.Handling claims when an accident/crash occurs
2.Collecting all necessary information from the insured and involved parties
3.Obtaining police reports and other claim-related documents
4.Communicating with insured clients regarding the accident and claim process
5.Reporting claims to the insurance carrier/market and following up until the case is properly handed over
6.Coordinating with claims departments, adjusters, carriers, and internal teams
