Job Requirements:
• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA, USDOT, and MC authority regulations
Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQF) for all company drivers
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and ELD data accuracy
Track and improve CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) scores across BASIC categories
Oversee DOT drug and alcohol testing program compliance
Conduct driver safety training and onboarding for new hires
Handle DOT audits, roadside inspections, and violation resolutions
Maintain vehicle maintenance and inspection records per FMCSA standards
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare required DOT reports
