Job description

• Conduct routine health and safety inspections across the property
• Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Facilitate safety inductions and awareness training for employees
• Support emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures
• Maintain safety records, reports, and regulatory documentation
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified and mitigated
• Coordinate with department heads to promote a proactive safety culture
• Monitor contractor safety compliance while working on site
• Assist in achieving company health, safety, and environmental objectives

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
