Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management Systems for Environment (ISO14001) and Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) aligned to business processes and organization for their assigned site(s)

2. Implement First Choice Programs such as MSS, BBS, Go Green, and Process Improvement initiatives

3. To support development and review of HIRAC and Job Safety Analysis to meet customer-specific requirements and the Global KPIs.

4. Ensure site compliance to applicable legal/ regulatory requirements in relation to Health, Safety and Environment.

5. Provide guidance in performing Incident RCA and in defining appropriate HSE CAPAs.

6. Conduct HSE Related Training such as MESH and APAC OSCPs to ensure all employees are aware of the DSC Safety Standard Procedures.

7. To lead and execute all mandatory site trainings (CGGS), projects and activites related to Go Green

8. To support and help Country Lead MHE trainor in his absence in executing MHE Safety Lecture for all newly hires and upskilling MHE Operators.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
• Min 3 years of experience in managing an operational functional team
• Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
