Job Role : Implement and enforce a zero-incident safety culture, specifically focusing on height work and fire prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct daily Tool Box Talks (TBT) and manage Work Permit Systems (Height, Hot Work, etc.).
Perform regular inspections of lifting equipment (Cranes, Hydras, Slings) and PPE.
Develop Emergency Response Plans and conduct fire drill training.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and maintain accident-free man-hours.
