5+ years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial / Construction projects preferred
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits & toolbox talks
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, PTW, JSA & risk assessments
• Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures
• Investigate incidents, near misses and prepare HSE reports
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, workers & HSE management
• Strong knowledge of QHSE procedures and site safety requirements
• Valid QID / Freelance Visa holders preferred
