Safety Officer(Site)
Job Responsibilities:
1) Apply Invoices for Payments: Apply payment invoices according to
company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
2) Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites. Ensure
workers follow safety rules and wear proper PPE.
3) Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
4) Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and worker inductions.
5) Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
6) Prepare and maintain safety reports and records.
7) Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
8) Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.
9) Monitor safe work practices and improve site safety performance.
10) Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Holds Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health(CSOC)
- Managing Work at Heights (WAH)
- Holds Biz SAFE Level 2 "Develop a Risk Management Implementation certificate"
- Holds Biz SAFE Level 4 "Develop a Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) Implementation Plan"
- Holds WSQ Advanced Certificate
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience relevant to the WSHO
