Take charge of workplace safety and environmental compliance across major construction projects!

An established construction company is looking for an experienced Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety, health and environmental management across HDB and commercial projects.

If you have strong site safety experience and the relevant WSHO and ECO certifications, this is an opportunity to take ownership of safety operations and work closely with project teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee WSH and environmental compliance across construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Develop safety procedures and implement preventive measures.
• Organise toolbox meetings, safety training and WSH Committee meetings.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safe work practices.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and maintain safety documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered WSHO and ECO.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in HDB or commercial projects.
• Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of Singapore WSH and environmental regulations.
