If you are a passionate, mission-driven professional who wants to build safe, supportive spaces where young people can thrive, discover your purpose with us!

About the Role

As a Safety & Security Advisor, you will be the backbone of our campus community. Your day-to-day work goes far beyond basic enforcement. You will actively support, mentor, and inspire students to build self-respect, accountability, and the confidence they need to succeed in the real world. This is your chance to directly influence the lives of young adults during defining moments in their journeys.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Encourage positive behavior, personal accountability, and healthy self-esteem among students.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with a passionate staff to promote a deep culture of safety and mutual respect.
  • De-escalate with Heart: Respond effectively to campus incidents while preserving a supportive, educational atmosphere.
  • Build Future Leaders: Guide students as they develop critical life skills and learn to take responsibility for their futures.

Who We’re Looking For

  • The Empathetic Protector: An individual who seamlessly balances firmness with deep empathy in challenging situations.
  • The Mission-Driven Advocate: A compassionate teammate dedicated to helping young people succeed.
  • The Qualified Professional: You possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid, current driver’s license.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Excellent Compensation: Competitive starting pay with immediate increase opportunities based on your experience and skills.
  • Day-One Peace of Mind: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability starting the very first month after your hire date.
