Safety & Security Manager (63742)

The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and supervision of the Center’s Safety & Security Department. This position ensures a safe, secure, and compliant living, learning, and working environment for students and staff. The Manager oversees Center-wide security operations, safety programs, accident prevention initiatives, incident investigations, and compliance with Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps, and Company requirements.

The position requires sound judgment, discretion, and strong leadership skills to effectively address safety concerns, resolve student and staff issues, and promote a culture of accountability, prevention, and continuous improvement.
