📋 Job Requirements:

• Monitor Samsara daily for driver activity
• Schedule and track DOT drug and alcohol testing
• Monitor driver qualification files
• Review driver MVRs, PSP reports, violations, accidents, inspections, and safety history.
• Maintain accident registers and required DOT accident documentation.
• Track vehicle compliance and required documents
• Track driver safety violations and issue warnings
• Conduct regular driver safety coaching based on Samsara
• Review dashcam events and determine when coaching or disciplinary action is required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports for management
