📋 Job Requirements:

• Monitor driver compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Manage driver qualification files (DQF) and CDL documentation
• Monitor ELD, Hours of Service (HOS), and driver violations
• Handle roadside inspections, DOT violations, and corrective actions
• Manage drug and alcohol testing compliance and Clearinghouse requirements
• Coordinate accident reporting, investigations, and insurance claims
• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare for DOT audits
