Job Requirements:
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA / DOT regulations
• Monitor HOS and ELD logs, identify and resolve violations
• Maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
• Conduct driver onboarding and safety training
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and claims; prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate post-accident drug & alcohol testing
• Monitor CSA scores and overall safety performance
• Review DVIRs and ensure vehicle safety compliance
• Manage FMCSA compliance processes
• Manage and improve driver safety performance
• Handle claims management: document, investigate, and support resolution processes
