π Job Requirements:
β’ Provide after-hours support for minor repairs and breakdown issues.
Answer phone calls and emails to assist drivers in resolving breakdowns and operational issues.
Coordinate necessary repairs or escalate issues when required.
Monitor daily driver logs.
Identify drivers with errors and address them. Errors example: Missing Shipping ID, Missing pre trip wording, Fuel wording etc). Coaching the drivers where the error is and how to correct it.
Monitoring driver HOS and addressing if any discrepancies. Example: Improper use of PC, HOS violations etc.
Assist drivers if they made errors in correcting the log with proper remarks.
