Safety Specialist
- Mengidentifikasi dan memetakan potensi bahaya serta melakukan penilaian tingkat dampak dan kemungkinan terjadinya bahaya.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal terkait penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan di lingkungan kerja.
- Menyusun dan mengevaluasi program Pengelolaan Keselamatan Pertambangan yang mencakup Kesehatan Kerja, Keselamatan, Lingkungan, dan Keselamatan Operasi.
- Mengevaluasi insiden kecelakaan, melakukan analisis akar masalah, serta memastikan tindakan preventif dan korektif.
- Memfasilitasi investigasi kecelakaan, kejadian berbahaya, Penyakit Akibat Kerja, dan Kejadian Akibat Penyakit Tenaga Kerja.
- Mendukung penyusunan dan implementasi SOP K3.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan emergency response dan emergency drill.
- Melakukan inspeksi, kampanye keselamatan, serta penyusunan laporan HSE.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 K3/Teknik Lingkungan.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada posisi yang sama.
- Memiliki pengalaman di industri pertambangan.
- Memahami aktivitas operasional pertambangan.
- Memahami penyusunan dan implementasi SOP K3.
- Memahami emergency response dan emergency drill.
- Memiliki sertifikasi POP.
- Memahami K3 Umum.
- Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis akar masalah dan investigasi insiden.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Memiliki minimal SIM A dan mampu mengendarai kendaraan ringan (LV).
- Auditor SMK3 atau ISO 45001 menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia bekerja di site.
