📋 Job Requirements:
- Monitor Samsara daily for driver activity
- Schedule and track DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Monitor driver qualification files
- Review driver MVRs, PSP reports, violations, accidents, inspections, and safety history.
- Maintain accident registers and required DOT accident documentation.
- Track vehicle compliance and required documents
- Track driver safety violations and issue warnings
- Conduct regular driver safety coaching based on Samsara
- Review dashcam events and determine when coaching or disciplinary action is required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports for management
