Safety Supervisor
- Certified HSE professional experienced in traffic diversions
- Carry out Daily HSE Inspections, Preparing Risk Assessments and to keep documentation and taking approvals
- Tools & Equipment – Calibration, Mock Drill Schedule, Conducting & Documentation, TRA Risk Register Monthly Preparation
- Health & Safety Statistics Report to prepare and submit to RTA on monthly basis.
- Environmental Management Report to prepare and submit to RTA on a monthly basis.
- Waste Management Report to prepare and submit to RTA on a Quarterly basis.
- HSE meetings conducted on monthly basis and Conducting Training on monthly basis
- Conducting HSE Management Tours and Participation Audit Internal & External, Safety meeting with workers
- Responsible for implementation safety management systems
- Responsible for health and safety of all employees
- Responsible to ensure elimination of occupational hazards
- Reporting to Senior Safety Officer/Safety Officer and Site Manager
- Responsible to ensure adherence to HSE management systems
- Responsible for compliance with government regulations and legislations
- Responsible for imparting safety training programs
- Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment policy & plan.
- Inspecting the site on daily basis and identification of hazards
- Distribution and issue of personal protective equipment
- Hazard identification & communication.
- Implementing Risk assessment management system
- Implementing Job hazard analysis.
- Implementing “COSHH” (control of substances hazardous to health) assessments.
- Implementing safe system of works & permit system.
- Inspecting all tools/equipment and maintaining records.
- Inspecting & maintaining checklist of all Fire fighting equipment
- Assisting the Safety officer or Senior Safety officer in accident, incident and near miss investigations
- Liaising with the main contractor for all Safety related tasks.
- Working on shift basis (including night shifts) as per the requirement
- Initiating disciplinary action notice against the violators including subcontractors.
- Conducting Safety induction trainings and tool box talk meetings to all workers and staffs including sub contractor’s employees
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety and Risk Management or Equivalent
- 3-4 Years of experience
- Knowledge of Hindi, Regional language
