Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native identity governance solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SailPoint ISC solutions including Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Policies, Certifications, Access Requests, and Password Management.
- Lead application onboarding, including connector configuration (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS, SaaS, custom), entitlement aggregation, attribute mapping, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
- Build and maintain ISC workflows, transforms, rules (JavaScript), webhooks, and SCIM/REST API integrations to support lifecycle automation.
- Implement and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Implement RBAC/ABAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, least-privilege controls, and access certification campaigns.
- Support IIQ-to-ISC migrations by re-onboarding applications, validating cutovers, and translating legacy workflows/rules into cloud-native designs.
- Troubleshoot platform, connector, and integration issues, and optimize the performance, scalability, and operational stability of the ISC tenant.
- Produce clear technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and runbooks for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with 2–5+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC (Identity Now) implementation and support.
- Strong proficiency with SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, JavaScript rules, transforms, and Workflow Builder.
- Experience integrating with AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, HRIS, SaaS applications, and custom systems.
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle (JML), access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance requirements.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for provisioning and system-level issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
- Ability to translate technical details into simple business language.
- Strong documentation and analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Nice to have
- SailPoint ISC/Identity Now certification is a plus and will be viewed favourably.
- IIQ background is a strong plus for migration projects.
