【Salcomp】Electrical & Electronics Engineer 電子工程師
Description
About this Opportunity in Taipei, Taiwan
The Electrical & Electronics Engineer drives the end-to-end lifecycle, technical execution, and continuous innovation of server DC power architecture. This pivotal role balances high-level project leadership with deep hands-on hardware engineering to ensure power systems meet strict stability, efficiency, and reliability standards.
Working across the full product development cycle, you will oversee power design, lead rigorous validation efforts, and troubleshoot complex circuit behaviours from early prototyping through volume production. You will also serve as a key technical authority—identifying schedule risks, managing project deliverables, and evaluating next-generation power technologies to keep products competitive in performance, power density, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- DC Power Leadership & Lifecycle Management
- Lead server DC power design, development, validation, and ongoing maintenance
activities from concept through production.
- Own project timelines and execution strategies to consistently meet key
milestones and delivery schedules.
- Project Steering & Risk Mitigation
- Monitor, track, and report technical project progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential design or schedule risks, developing and executing
timely solution and improvement plans.
- Validation, Testing & Reliability
- Plan and conduct comprehensive DC power validation, functional testing, and
troubleshooting.
- Guarantee high product stability, operational reliability, and peak power
performance under rigorous operating conditions.
- Circuit Tuning & Design Optimisation
- Support hands-on power circuit debugging, parameter tuning, and design
improvements throughout all stages of the development cycle.
- Optimise circuit efficiency, transient response, and signal/power integrity across
the system.
- Technology Evaluation & Innovation
- Assess, benchmark, and validate next-generation DC power technologies,
topologies, and component solutions.
- Drive continuous enhancements in power density, efficiency, and overall product
competitiveness.
