We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our presence in the residentialand commercial interior design market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property developers, architects, and corporate clients.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working preferably in interior design, renovation, construction, or building materials.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of renovation and interior fit-out projects.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
